An eight-bedroom guesthouse “in the heart of Blackpool’s vibrant centre” is due to go for sale at auction for just £90,000.

Summerville Guesthouse, which boasts retro furnishings including palm tree wallpaper and 60s style carpets, is set to go under the hammer with Blackpool-based Kenricks.

The listing for the Albert Road hotel – available HERE – reveals the property is “priced to sell” with the current owners set to retire.


One of the guesthouse’s bedrooms is ensuite and the property also has a dining room for 19 guests, a guest lounge and private accommodation with one bedroom.

The ground floor includes the dining room and guest lounge, a kitchen with a range of equipment “to cater for all guests”, utility room and toilet.
